Feature and follow #247

Welcome to the Feature & Follow

Gain new followers and make new friends with the Book Blogger Feature & Follow! If this is your first time here, welcome! You are about to make some new friends and gain new followers -- but you have to know -- the point of this hop is to follow other bloggers also. I follow you, you follow me.

The Feature & Follow is hosted by TWO hosts, Parajunkee of Parajunkee's View and Alison of Alison Can Read. Each host will have their own Feature Blog and this way it'll allow me and them to show off more new blogs!

How does this work? First you leave your name here on this post, (using the linky tools -- keep scrolling!) then you create a post on your own blog that links back to this post (easiest way is to just grab the code at the host blogs and put it in your post) and then you visit as many blogs as you can and tell them "hi" in their comments (on the post that has the #FF image). You follow them, they follow you. Win. Win. Just make sure to follow back if someone follows you!

                              Question of the Week:

Have you ever read a book you thought you'd hate but loved? Or vice versa? - Suggested by A Great Read

                                                        My answer:

I would never hate a book. Rate it with 1 or 2 stars yes but no hate. On the other hand, there were cases when I thought I would love the book, but I didn't. These are some examples: (click the covers for more details)

I liked the covers but when I read the books, well... it kind of became tiring. So far on 2015, these two are my not-so-great reads.

But here's some Taylor love for you!

Now for the Follow Fun!

  1. I actually have two books that I thought I'd love but I ended up hating. I was so surprised I hated them. It was very disappointing. Old follower!

  2. I don't have any real hated it books -- just plain didn't like at all, but I find it hard to hate a book. Someone, somewhere would love it, especially the author.

  3. There is only one book that I've read that I thought I'd love but really ended up not liking at all. It's the Vampire Academy graphic novel. I didn't like that it was done in color (among other things). I like my comics in black and White.

  4. I don't hate books either, I actually like almost every book I've read. There may be things about the story I don't like but I always find something I like about a book and focus on that.
